Oh My…

Ack, Wednesday already, where has the week gone. To be honest, it has been spent in a haze a funk of some sort. I am slowly, every so slowly working through some things at a very tortoise like pace. But hey, if the tortoise can finish the race, I can get to the bottom of my list of things that will allow me to be more in the present. I digress; back to this thing, we call homeschooling. Rhiannon had an impromptu sleep over and that left Ronito and I to our own devices. The smoke alert is in full effect here still so we have very limited things that we can do out in the sunshine. Little Man decided that it would be the perfect day to watch The Incredibles, play Uno, build robots together, and snuggle. Perfection, to say the least especially that whole snuggle thing where Mommy can perhaps doze a little bit. Edna said Ronin’s favorite line from the movie. (Remember Edna the short woman who makes the superhero suits). He stands up in a haughty impersonation and declares to anyone listening, “Oh my god, you look fat!” I have a feeling this line will come up later and completely bite me in the ass, more than likely in a public setting.  Such is life…
